Sears sucks. Their customer service is up there with Popeyes.

Kind of ironic when you think Sears was developed to be the original retail killer. They started as a catalog company first and then moved into stores. One would think that they can still keep the catalog as a viable asset. Or more likely someone will buy it and keep the name

This is the hell of it. Sears created the original model for ordering from your sofa.
And now, they are dying because they refused to adapt to the version 2.0 of that model. All they had to do was transfer their catalog business to a computer. And they simply did not do it.

Sears didn't have an online presence worth nothing, AND they let their stores go to pot.
