Damn. Wonder if he jumped or was thrown in. In BR, it could be either. They also don’t say if he has been in the river this whole time or not.

The phone and wallet being left in the car certainly implies one over the other, in my opinion.

Have stayed in downtown BR for work at least 10 times over the years. Never had a problem. But then I just go eat, walk around a little to work off the meal, head back to the room, watch tube, and go to sleep.
