Drove by this in the west bound lane headed home. Much have just happened because police vehicles had blocked I-10E and diverting traffic off the Vieux Carre exit. Maybe 5 officers walking on the interstate looking for something. Me and my boyfriend figured it was the officers looking for casings.

I'm willing to bet this wasn't the case. Probably a couple assholes who saw another a-hole they had beef with and decided the interstate was the place to settle it.
