OK trying to compare California to this as I've mentioned to the Polytards is a false equivalency california was the result of years of government inaction.
even if you want to blame government for this and I can deal with that assertion later this was not something that took years something that happened in a matter of hours.
California not clearing away underbrush so they can save a really tiny fish and they had debates on it they refused federal funding focused on it They held marches on it
in Texas there were warnings about A weather event and the people in the affected areas had less than twelve hours to run through the response they didn't hold meetings, they didn't have rallies they didn't have time, They acted saved dozens upon dozens of lives and then lost their life trying to save the next dozen
a fat lesbian did not refuse to come to save the children because they chose to be there
the Mayor of Kerrvile wasn't in Africa making trade deal in Ghanhna for zebra skins
Furthermore the political criticism in this case is going out toward those who are politicizing the death of children
your logic you should also be criticizing those who are trying to turn the tragedy and loss of life into something political
people who criticize those insensitive statements are not trying to make it political they're engaging in outrage and offense
As any compassionate person should be because as horrible as the tragedy is what's inhumane are the people celebrating their deaths
The criticism of California was about allowing the conditions for the fire to exist and then the refusal of some firemen to do their job
neither is appropriate here

You honestly believe that if Kamala was president the outcome would have been different?
You can type that with a straight face?

But this is about the floods in Texas the tragic deaths including those of very young children and then ugly people making ignorant comments as if anyone deserves this
why you think it's an opportunity for you to start an argument about Trump
You're just as guilty as anyone else trying to make this about them and their ego feeding their intellectual need to prove a point in the middle of a tragedy that cost the life of children What is wrong with you?
this isn't about you,, or your opinions..
Decent people should be grieving with one another and offering some sort of relative insight either facts or personal experiences
so that people can process this and try to make some sort of sense out of the nonsensical
whats the relevance of Trump?
Unless you just want to come over here and argue with people and call names
there's a place for that it's called the poliboard

Regardless of who's running the place, people died. 30+.

so it sounds to me like you just had to interject your own opinion about Trump which had nothing to do with this
And other people might have been criticizing this pediatrician and the black chick that was at least relevant to the point
apparently you came in here and just tried to make it all about you and arguing about Trump
I have pointed out when right-wingers have ignored the fact that they too have done it in the past
but then I moved on and pointed out it should be about the children not scoring political points
you have no moral,, ethical or intellectual high ground here
And it's over 100 deaths now which is just more proof that you don't give a shite about the actual topic you're just trying to score points
maybe you should be trying to save your time you're the one that didn't seem smart enough

Very few people would continue on after your very reasonable and unnecessarily respectful reply.
Guess what I'm predicting...
shite too slow.

She made a good point, though. They indirectly voted for this flood to happen. Probably best to keep it off social media like the day after it happened, though.

when did we vote on the weather either directly or indirectly ?
Posted on 7/8/25 at 1:36 pm to OWLFAN86
I've had sympathy's for all the deaths. Both in California and Texas, they're both awful.

Nobody talking about Sade Perkins? The black woman, ironically married to a white pastor, calling Camp Mystic white supremacy & calling the little girls count?
