Yes, the protestors are responsible. I doubt anyone is really going to disagree. They (teenagers) probably don't fully understand the whole thing unless some oddballs actually studied the whole situation, yes.
All I attempted to say is that a teenager is capable of recognizing a dangerous situation. It's tragic they're dead, and that does not take away any blame from the dumbass protestors. That said, lets not pretend the teenagers are completely incapable of rational thought to conclude that going through such a place is a terrible fricking idea. Just because someone here said the teenagers were dumb does not take away the fault at the feet of the protestors/city. Both can be true.
