Any of you baws headed out to The Farm this October? I just picked up a few tickets across from the chutes before the good seats start disappearing. It runs every Sunday in October. I figure Oct. 9th is a BYE week for the Saints and LSU plays AT Florida the day before. So if you aren't too hungover, it should be a good time.

Last time I went was after EWE had left office at the end of his last term. Talked to the guy, non prisoner, who had been procuring all the animals for the rodeo for over 10 yrs, and he told me to look into the endzone where all the injured prisoners were sitting. He said there were 5 times as many this yr because EWE pardoned all the experienced cons who knew how to ride. Most of those in the endzone had never even seen a horse or bull before.

You probably leave Tiger Stadium in the 3rd quarter. Amirite?

Been to it a couple times. Still have some the crafts that I bought years ago.

I need to make it back for one of these. It's been too long.

That's what makes it interesting! Seeing some of these guys deathly afraid of the animal (Horse) they are sitting on, is gold.

Better go this year. Looks like the powers that be since Cain has left don't want a rodeo anymore. They might make it an arts and crafts festival like it use to be.

There was a thread on it last year, I recall some out of state posters that couldn't believe this was still a thing in 2015.

I don't care if every employee and official hates it. It generates too much money. It ain't going anywhere

Took a friend from Colorado about 10 years ago. He refused to believe that the monkeys riding the dogs were real.

Have you not seen them? The capuchin rides a border collie and herds the sheep around the arena ending on top of an 18 wheeler. Take your kids, tickets are $20. They will love it.
