Drama queens do drama queen stuff. Too bad these people get validation from this stuff instead of being exposed for what they are.

That's just shameful. If anyone is going to disrespect our nation like that, they are more than welcome to go live in Cuba or the Soviet Union.

When the flag is desecrated it is no longer the American flag, it is just a rag that doesn't represent anything. Don't care.

Seems like an appropriate time for this statement: there's no such thing as chicks with dicks, only guys with tits

Damned western civilization and their vindication of civil and human rights at a level unmatched in human history.

These LGBTQF people are getting out of control. The Democrats need to rein them in before someone else does it for them.

Flag burning seems to be the one gesture protected under the First Amendment that even presumably rational-minded people lose their shite over.

Guys, it's a piece of cloth that equates to a national symbol. Symbols only possess meaning if you allow them to. Their value and meaning are derived from each individual who subscribes to any such importance or significance. In other words, it doesn't mean shite.

The act of flag burning doesn't necessarily accomplish anything aside from riling up the uber-patriotic and inciting hatred and contempt for the protesters. It's a stupid display which often results in an equally stupid response.

It is hardly an act of treason as some assert. This isn't a dictatorship or some sort of theocracy which prohibits the protest or desecration of anything representative of the state.

I don't support their decision to burn the flag, but I do support their freedom to do so.

Back in 1942 my Grandpa went to war for this piece of fabric. Leaving my Father as the oldest kid to help my Grandma take care of my aunt's and uncles. My Grandpa sacrificed his family for this flag motherfricker. My father lost his childhood for this flag. Thousands of people have died for this flag. Millions more have put their lives on the line for this flag. Watch your mouth.

No disrespect meant but people sacrificed what the flag symbolizes not the flag itself. You shouldn't put so much stock in something that gets mass produced and sold at the dollar store. The thing that your Grandpa went to war for is the very thing that gives people the right to burn the flag.

They're burning what the flag represents. I don't think it should be punishable but I do find it shameful and low brow.

And, this is why they do it; to piss people off.

They're doing it for attention. I wish everyone would just ignore them.

Then if it's just a piece of fabric why burn it in the first place? Clearly they knew it would spark outrage and gain attention. To them it isn't just a piece of fabric and they know it and that's why they made the choice to burn it because this piece of "fabric" does symbolize something.
