I am, I watched a Mexican fence builder spend 10 minutes trying to cut through a gate hinge with a Harbor Freight circular saw and it's framing blade last Sunday. He was trying to repair a small fence gate, he's probably still working on it.

I've seen some bad ones, but I have also seen crews that were as good or better than their counterparts.
I don't dismiss someone who didn't come through the American system automatically, I am not that impressed with American "craftsmanship."
