Yes and twice I never got it or found it. Little items under 10 bucks a piece but still pisses me off.

Has happened to me some Middle Eastern woman who didn't speak any english delivered it to me the next day they put it in the wrong mail box.

So, mystery solved. As expected USPS delivered it to the wrong address, not on my street, but delivered to an entirely different road but the house has the same house number as mine.
Amazon has already shipped my replacements, so I'm going to call/email them to ask if they want to charge me for the 2nd shipment. It's stuff I would buy again, so I'm good if they want to charge me for it.

Based on past experiences with Amazon customer service... Absolutely zero chance they charge you for the 2nd package.

And that is why USPS is broke. They delivered mail forever and can't even get the address right

Dammit I have been victimized by this phenomenon. Amazon says it was delivered to mailbox yesterday at noon. Still don't have it.

that happens to other carriers as well
can't say how often
I've had several false alarms on delivery
but it came later...
