I have not had that happen, but my last two orders from Amazon contained the wrong items.

the problem with amazon, is they made a deal with USPS.
no one is more incompetent with packages than the US post office.
Some packages will go to fedex, then once in ur city, it goes to USPS, who derelict around and it can be pushed to another day or 2.

this is parcel post, the problem people have with this, is they show delivered. except the delivery is actually being made to the PO, not the end address. The non parcel post deliveries by USPS work just fine

I'm on the phone with Amazon right now. They are contacting USPS I guess. I'm on hold.

well, you originally complained on the 24th
amazon says to wait 36hrs
it may show tomorrow...and they'll likely tell you to just wait

Only problem I have ever had is an opened package. It was clearly ripped open by someone along the shipping process. It was just some cheap plastic spray bottles so they didn't take it.
Wonder if it was the folks over in Kenner who were arrested last week for opening and stealing items from packages.
I reported the incident to Amazon and didn't even get a reply which I found a bit odd because they normally do a good job of arse kissing.

I wouldn't have even called. Whenever I have an issue with Amazon (which is very rare, but shite happens) I just request a refund and they are quick to do that. You can do it all online

I didn't want a refund, I wanted the items, one was meds for my dog. They are sending me a replacement shipment.

Yeah, the DEA isn't buying that one. Hopefully your lawyer can come up with a better explanation.

UPS lost my MAGLIGHT, in for service, complained to them, so MAGLIGHT sent a replacement, then, both flashlights showed up at once...
I didn't bother to ask...

only problem i have had, is USPS acting like typical USPS, and shipping my shite to other states and then back to st.louis.
when fedex an ups handle myamazon shite, nothing like this happened.
It went from Tenn, to Illinois, to Kansas, then back to St.Louis. lol
My favorite USPS shipping was from Tenn, to New Jersey, to Philadelphia to Kentucky to Illinois to Earth City, to finally St.Louis.

Assuming it was usps that is shipping it?
If today was your guaranteed or estimated shipping date, usps workers will sometimes mark it as delivered when it really isn't. This way, when you complain about your package not being delivered on time, they can show amazon the tracking info. It's a dirty move, but you'll get the package tomorrow.
Doing this also allows them to lie about their statistics regarding '99.8% of our packages make it to their destination on time'

Does this make me on of the 1%ers?

I got a big box today that was adressed to someone else and on the shipping label it had his name and phone number. I called him but he didn't answer, it was his name on the VM, so then I texted him and basically said" Hey if this is Brandon I just received a package with your name and number but it had my address, if you want it just let me know and I'll send you my address". The dick replied "nice spam message" so I took a pic of the label with his name and number, I covered the address with my finger, and said "fine don't get your package". The dumbass either blocked me after my first "spam message" and never got the pic or still thinks I am trying to scam him or something. It's a decent sized box, it looks like it's a replacement for some electronic equipment and he is supposed to return what he currently has so if the retard doesn't reply maybe I'll just open it and keep it.

Sounds to me like you tried.
