CFA is rated just right. Everyone knows it's not incredible food, it's just decent fast food. You get great service a large percentage of the time and if you have a bad experience, the company will try to make it up to you if you contact them. Can't go wrong if you want fast food.

I think they're highly thought of because of their speed, accuracy, and service, more so than the food itself. I never use to eat there but, I found a few things on the menu I like and I go there pretty regularly now.

For a fast food fried chicken sandwich, I haven't had anything close. Their grilled chicken sucks though. Wendy's has GOAT fast food grilled chicken.
