The store owner has been interviewed multiple times and he has said that Sterling was not the person causing trouble.

Link? I saw where he said he had permission and that it escalated fast, but not what you are implying.

Seems like you've done this since yesterday giving pretty definitive statements on non definitive evidence And news flash, nothing in this thread matters. So take your own advice and let it go

Frick off. Slackster and people like you have been trying to down play what sterling did and say it was justified but he didn't deserve it. You are just playing a game of semantics and dancing around the facts by moving the goal posts to say that we don't know if he was reaching for the gun. Last night Slackster was trying to downplay how much he was fighting back by saying just his head came off the pavement. Now we have clearer evidence showing what most of us could already see in the first video... That his right side was moving around aggressively. So, I can see clearly what Sterling was doing, Slackster is trying to make people think you can't definitively see that because we don't see his hand go into the pocket, or whatever his criteria would be for "going for the gun". You will never know what Sterling was thinking but to use that as a defense is called an arguement from ignorance.

Stop trying to tell us that he wasn't going for the gun. He made enough of an aggressive move with the same side that his gun was on to qualify as "going for the gun" in my opinion as well as the officers opinion (who verbalized it while on top of him)

Why didn't the store owner point out the person that was causing trouble? Why did Sterling not comply and resist arrest? If he wasn't doing anything wrong than none of this would've happened.

He's actually said that. And said he doesn't trust BRPD. Was on WBRZ at 6.

Surely you can understand his reasoning for defending Sterling.

Only takes one quarter of a second to grab a gun and shoot it at officer said criminologist on Nancy Grace. They are going after it.
