Did you miss the part of the story from 2 days ago where 41 others there with symptoms are awaiting their test results?
Posted on 3/17/20 at 7:22 am to tigerskin
I spoke with a Heathcare provider yesterday from a Rural town in LA. That person indicated this town has 18 tests. This is the one thing that scares me, is the rural communities catch this shite before there are enough resources.

Gonna need a link or source....

Story is complete bull shite. We all know that the only thing Big Poppa Pump cares about are his freaks and his peaks. CEO of a health system isn’t tending to either one.

You want me to give you a link to a physician’s page in a private physician group?
Posted on 3/17/20 at 7:25 am to tigerskin
Yep. Or more than an article that says 5 people are infected....

Actually, I don’t care what you need. Not everybody wants to be educated. Do you

This isn’t fake. This country we live in now created by the folks who automatically cry “fake” when it is something they don’t believe or want to hear is ruining our society. I have firsthand knowledge of medical staff being out of necessary protective equipment in a hospital in Mississippi. My sister is urgently and desperately trying to track down N95 masks for her husband who has to perform the intubations but doesn’t even have a mask. You all can put your head in the sand but soon the reality is going to kick your exposed asses.

That article is from 2 days ago and it clearly states only 5 patients are hospitalized

Nothing to worry about with Big Poppa Pump running the show.

Clearly you can’t read
“Besides the current individuals with positive tests, Phoebe is awaiting coronavirus test results on 41 other patients in the hospital. Each has symptoms of the disease – typically fever and signs of acute respiratory illness, such as cough and difficulty breathing. “

They have tested 185, but only gotten results back on 10 so far. 8 of 10 were positive.

So you want to go with it being a right and that italy would be committing human rights violations by denying healthcare to some? Bold move considering you could be accused of that in the scenario you were talking about yesterday.
At least you have moved from this being a nothingburger cold to arguing political points about universal healthcare.

Do you have that link to the hospital web site? I believe you. Just want to follow it. Thanks

Here is an article from 2 days ago...

The tests for 41 other patients in its beds were pending.
It’s the latest “cluster” of the virus to break out in Georgia.
“Uncharted waters” is how the CEO of Phoebe Putney put it. And that’s true for every medical facility–large and small right now.
Andy Miller, Editor of Georgia Health News, spoke to WABE’s Jim Burress about COVID-19.
Burress asked Miller if Phoebe Putney’s reach and location does make it a bit more challenging?
Burress also asked Miller, the difference of hospital options in metro Atlanta, and if a person were in southwest Georgia or other rural areas, might the individual have to travel to another county to be seen? Be it Albany or Ashburn or Young Harris, what’s the landscape look like?
Phoebe Putney yesterday said it was opening a drive-through testing facility and hotline. That move would keep bodies out of the Emergency Department, but these tests don’t get instant results.
A Phoebe Putney official told Georgia Health News the hospital has available beds. And the hospital is well aware, additional patients are coming. The hospital says, “We’ve prepared well.”
