I wish we could annex the University I love so much, from the state that continues to make such laughable waves.

Maybe reversible vasectomy if a dude gets a girl pregnant in HS or before the age of 18.

That alone would scare enough guys to make a difference.

The "pain" of a vasectomy is no different than the "pain" of a tonsil or even wisdom teeth surgery.

The message of responsible sexual relationships, family planning, & general law abiding life living will improve in numbers we can't even fathom.
