the latest chem engr news letter [about a month ago] was a great document that was technology/career focused without any social justice garbage.
About 6-7 years ago it was quite different featuring a new diversity staff person who was going to take the dept to the next level. Trouble was the grad student roster listed one white guy and 200 or so foreigners and females.
real educational progress seems to be in place in chem engr.
