Be a waiter, bartender, or bouncer. Get paid to be at the party and talk to people not vice versa. Either way, seems like you've made up your mind to come out of your shell. That's half the battle, now you gotta get a plan and stick to it.

Bar back or bouncing! If you stay long enough you should eventually become a bartender then it's game over. But you gotta be a social person if you expect to get the experience you desire.

Based on your graduating soon and partly your age, I advise either sticking it out if there's a chance it's worth it, or else drop and think of some other avenues. Sucks being stuck in a rut but there's always other things.

I thought I was missing out when I couldn't join a frat freshman year but the guys I was in ROTC with ended up filling that social niche. No reason you couldn't do something similar with a part time job at a bar, gym, pool, etc. Sheet, get licensed to be a personal trainer, you'd be making great money and have tons of interaction with females.

They will end up being successful awesome people later in life. And loyal friends.

Frat star douchebags will end up divorced in middle management. And they'll stab you in the back without pause.

Who doesn't like smoking weed and playing wow?

the waiting tables advice is the best. You will develop more game that will be useful post-college. And if you have the gusto young grasshopper...you will bang both the sorority girls and the outside tang. Go get em

Seriously, go bus tables at Walk-On's. No experience necessary. If you are an average looking guy the young waitresses and hostesses will think you are better looking based on relativity. You'll be one of the only guys they work with so they will be pretty easy to flirt with. You'll hang out with them outside of work if you don't creep them out and then it all goes uphill from there. Speaking from experience.
