There's a tract of land immediately west of Jesse's that's for sale. It was all one lot, approx 2 acres, that they split in two length wise for access to the river by both plots now. There's 2 for sale signs on it now. Prepare your anus if you are wanting river front access and be prepared to build a 30'X80' house.
