Can you tell me if I'm correct in my assumption here? Oil is pumped out of the cold white North year round, and shipped out via pipeline, even if it is to an Alaskan/Canadian port. Major movements of equipment and supplies only effectively happens to many locations between winter and spring? Obviously, at the bulk of the locations.
