Exactly this. I get you want to save your nephew but jumping on the move tracks is fricking suicide and he almost got a dawrin award for it. A real baw would have made a roux and used it to lure it away from his nephew.

Sliding forwards or backwards, sure, but the article says it was sliding sideways. How would a parking brake stop it from sliding sideways?
