Admittedly i don’t know exactly what the deal with the trash was and what the guy killed was trying to do before confrontation (or right of any of the parties about the trash), but while all of them including the one taking video were acting like idiots & trash/thugs the guy killed did appear to be getting more and more out of control and issuing more threats to kill in pure rage towards end of video. If he did end up with a bat coming at the older man with the gun I am surprised he is on trial for murder.

The dynamic duo had every right to waste Aaron.
But it sure didnt have to come to that. Howard is a tall and very emotional guy (go look at his FB page) and he didnt help himself much. His girl? My wife would have been screaming for me to get in the car.

I think the fact that they could have avoided shooting him has a lot to do with the murder charge. It would have been a lot easier to go inside and call the cops. This appeared to be law enforcement issue and the skins took the law into their own hands.

They made zero effort to retreat. Either side could have walked away at any point. Even if the dad somehow was found innocent, how do you explain the son unloading with the shotgun after dad had fired 2 or 3 rounds? Just dumb, dumb, dumb.

Only thing I can see is the son shot after the Rhodes scholar in the orange shirt appears to throw a bat at dad, after the initial discharge. Definitely a very unfortunate event.
