think you are seeing more of these deaths due to the unbelievably shitty diet that we have now. What do you expect after eating boxed and bagged chemicals every day?

I think it’s more of kids stay inside all summer playing video games and get out of shape. When I was that age, I worked on the farm, went out to the lake, rode four wheelers, etc. Come football the heat didn’t bother me, and I would eat 3 McDoubles before 2 a day practice each day. But I also worked out twice a day 5 days a week and was in top shape

Yeah, that's the sticking point.

Media and eyewitness reports are saying he died on the field after being put back in after a vicious hit.

Coroner and school is saying he died on the sideline after being pulled out of the game.

Either its a cover up to protect coaches or its a money grab from the family.

Also, there was no trainer on the sidelines, which is required by the MHSAA.

get out of shape.
most teams have rigorous off season conditioning.. but it's not all day like we spent outside.

and in the deep south.. in August and Sept. NFHS rules mandate a Hydration break halfway through every quarter - and more often in game officials feel it's necessary(ie.. small rosters lots of two way players and high heat index).

watch a prep game - watch how many kids simply don't grab a sip during hydration time outs.. 6 minute mark every quarter...

No it’s not. It is recommended. That’s one of the issues here. Some school districts (including the one involved here) are too poor to be able to provide medics at every game. That’s why the state doesn’t require it.

correct when none is provided it is the responsibility of the Head Coach...... per NFHS guidelines which is what MS and LA abide by
