You play this whole semantic game all the time. You ignore the meat and potatoes of the issue (a kid stabbed another kid at a track meet FFS) and play this ‘gotcha’ game that involves race. You ALWAYS pop up for these threads and predictably take the same stances each time. Much like the people you pigeon holed into one group (white, conservative, Christian men from the south) - therefore, you’re no better or worse than the people on the other side of you

He was indicted by a grand jury. An arrest is not formal charges. An indictment is.
