As others have stated a window shaker is your best bet.

A split unit for my upstairs bonus room (larger than your pool house) was $2.500 installed. That was two years ago.

A mini-split has to be perfectly level and installed correctly, else it will leak on everything, I'd spring for professional installation.

Mini splits cost around $2000- $3000. The balance of the cost is to cover the huge pain in the arse the installation and maintenance will be. Alto of tech are turning down mini split jobs right now because they have issues and even though its a ductless system, its a bitch to put these things were people want them and still be efficient. Of your wanting a mini split due to being cheaper than the standard unit, due yourself the favor and pass on the mini, future maintenance calls will cost u in the long run.

I have a 400sqft enclosed garage that I run a LG 15000 BTU window unit. $400 at Home Depot.

It is pretty loud though.

$3k installed if the walls aren’t up.

I have a unit in my front room (shotgun) and it was $3k roughed in really like it. 12 foot ceilings can’t see it or much hear it.

It cost me 9k to install 2 entire 2 ton ducted systems when I built my house. 6k is very rich. A 1 ton unit should cost around 2k and then it’s all labor.

What should the cost be for a mini split a/c unit to cool a pool house of 350 square feet.

dude it is a 350 sq.ft. pool house. Go buy you a good 300 dollar window unit and be done with it.

Sounds like a job for a freestanding portable unit to me, just cut a hole in the wall for the exhaust and cover with dryer vent cover.

Somewhere between $250-$500 depending on what you want, the below is 10,000 BTU and runs $299 at HD
