Have you heard the audio? She wasn't being a bitch at all. "Panicky" is how I would describe it, and who the frick wouldn't be if your friend was dying in your arms from a drive by while you were just sitting in your house?

Guy shouldn't be a 911 operator or serve the public in any capacity. EMS, 911 operators, cops, etc should be able to handle and expect situations where ordinary citizens are going to be panicked.

And for the person who asked about race? They're all Latino in heritage.
