Wasn't trying to be funny. Just curious if I should DVR it 43 mins after it started or just wait until it comes back on. Because I actually want to see it in its entirety. Sensitive people on here, I swear.

Damn, a guy was late for work, because he stayed up too late the night before (watching football). He was 15 minutes away from being inside one of the towers.

Seth McFarlane was supposed to be on one of those planes but overslept from being out to late the night before. I believe that there were a Couple of other celebrities booked on one of the flights also that didn't mKe it.

Yea Wahlberg changed his flight plans or something like that. David Angell creator of Frazier was on the plane that went into WTC 1

I just finished watching it and still feel the same flood of emotions(pissed off/national unity/sorrow for the victims and families of the victims) as I did that day and the 1st time I visited the site. Damn.....

I saw part of a 9/11 story on the news last night addressing the residual health problems of survivors. There's some type of trust fund (that's about to run out of money) to monitor the health of people qualified for the program and pay (or subsidize, not sure which) treatment. I don't know if it's limited to first responders and people who worked in the aftermath, or if it includes everyone on the area when the tracks took place.

72,000 people are in the program. When I heard this number last night, I thought WTF? After watching the video, I'm surprised the number isn't larger.

I am halfway through this documentary right now. Holy shite. The video from some of the guys, especially only a few feet away from the first collapsed tower in tower 7 is eery as hell. Especially as you hear the sirens of the buildings.

I still don't understand how the buildings were almost completely pulverized. Was the pressure that much that it pulverized that much steel and concrete?

I don't know if this video was posted in one of the dozen threads about 9/11 but figured the crowd in here might enjoy it.

(Bush throws out first pitch in World Series Game 3 at Yankee Stadium. 24 minutes long but worth it.)
