It’s literally the reason the state does not observe DST.

What is ACTUALLY the reason? I read many reasons AZ asked to not be included. Again, did you ask everyone in Southern Arizona, or were you just making a blanket comment?

That's the part that cracks me up.
People complaining about twighlight at 6:20am (sunup about 80 minutes later) in March don't complain about the same thing in December on standard time.
They wait for everyone to be happy about afternoon delights in March. And then they bitch and moan because they like the attention.
