50% pure sanitizer

Common in the cocaine game. Didnt realize this concept would spread to sanitizer.

Soap is more effective than hand sanitizer when it comes to breaking down viruses.

No, I think she was using a commercial cleaner not meant for use on skin, and cutting it with water.
