Honest question. Can you read?

Nope, not a lick.

I stand by my choice of skipping the vaccine as I have done with all of the non-mandated vaccines. Anyone that would be susceptible to this disease lives over 500 miles from me and I am a healthy young adult who has a near-zero risk from even getting sick from this thing.

I applaud you on your bravery to take the vaccine in order to protect your family and all of your other loved ones.

Do you believe that everyone should take the vaccine?

I believe everyone should, yes. I also believe everyone should get the flu vaccine. Herd immunity is pretty awesome.

This is why I get frustrated at people pushing fear based nonsense.

I don’t believe it should be mandated.

Someone shared a timeline recently of getting all US citizens vaccinated and it went out to November/December 2021 in order to reach herd immunity. Are you ok with shutting down until we reach that milestone?

I haven’t been ok with shutting since the beginning, so not sure why I would change now.

Definitely agree with you on this one.

I like the Scott Adams plan: tell everyone I'm taking it but don't.

Why? It’s not always effective. So why put something in your body that might not work. Last year it was only 37% effective for influenza A and 50% on influenza B

I understand protecting the most vulnerable - so let them take it.

What idiot will voluntarily take this thing?

Those who want things to go back to the way they were in March. If you don’t want masks, and won’t take a vaccine your complaints about lockdowns fall on deaf ears. 10s of thousands have taken the vaccines during trials. Zero have died. Pussification of America with all these anti-vaxxers is ridiculous.

I initially read it as:

"69% of men say they'll take Covid"

As in they'll voluntarily contract it in order to get immunity.

I actually believed that number.

Because we have decades of evidence that the flu vaccine is perfectly safe and if it isn’t 100% effective, it can still help reduce the symptoms.

Seems like a no brainer to me

Lmao absolutely no way that’s representative. If you trust this first round of vaccines you’re crazy.

That’s all we need. If 60% of us get vaccinated the reproductive factor will be well below 1 with no social distancing.
