61 before area code o caller ID

I'd call my provider and ask them to block it.

If you can't unplug your phone at night, ask the phone company to block international calls to your number.

It's missing something here, or at least doesn't look right.

To call back, you need to put 011 in front of it. But it is also missing their area code (one digit..2 is New South Wales, 7 for Queensland, etc.) Their regular numbers are eight digits.

For example, if you wanted to call a New South Wales number from the United States, it would look like this:

011-61-2-1234-5678.
