I am calm man, calm as calm can be.

Trailer ride is bad, not as bad as the actual slaughtering procedure down there. My beef is that it’s unregulated. At least it was supervised here. Down there it’s just whatever. Pretty horrible IMO.

Thanks Julia Roberts.

Agree. Wish they’d legalize it here again so it could at least be not quite as horrible

No. We stayed at his uncle’s an hour and a half away so I was either in the car or being worked to death.

Worst vacation ever. Shouldn’t have even gone to visit.

We need to put more money into our sport and not into the slot machines

Sorry for not being able to give out too much info. Don’t want to get into trouble for inside info.
Hope you will all continue to support us though

Here is a bit of useless trivia...

John Gaines (braintrust for the Breeders Cup and thoroughbred operator) started out in the trotter side with his first farm that became the Gainesway subdivision. His family was the old Gaines Dog Food company so that is where they sent the dead and dying horses. If memory serves, Gainesville FL founder was somehow related.

Then he bought what was the old Murty place and is now where they moved the Keeneland library and the event barn. Then he went to Paris Pike and founded the current Gainsway Farm.
