Sigh, the property values are such that Section 8 is a huge net loss to the property owner if the home is any kind of shape.

In the past two years I've bought three former Section 8 duplexes renovated and sold them.

You try too hard. What's your point. In the ghetto parts of N.O., not much has changed. And none of them really give a shite either.

No, you make it too easy. My point is your are factually wrong in your statement. Don't believe me, then look it up.

162 murders in Nola last year. I'd be willing to bet 150 of those were black on black.

Oh ok. Guess there's no reason to care about it or talk about it at all or try to improve those communities any further. All good. Thanks dude. You truly don't give a shite about the youth born into a sickening cycle of poverty and government assistance and shite education. As long as it's marginally safer on the Grand scale frick the rest of the problems.

I'll buy a house in Hollygrove, a house in desire, and a house in magnolia. All great neighborhoods with no problem now.

You are a sickening pathetic individual, and I won't engage you anymore.

No one said that. Read my original comment in this thread. Fact is, there are numerous rallies, conferences, etc all across the USA. It's oft discussed in community groups and forums.

Exactly, the cesspool of New Orleans will never stop with the unwarranted killings and shootings.

No one disputes that the majority of violent crime in inner cities is black on black. Only the ignorant dispute that black on black crime has sharply decreased over the last two decades. And yes people in the black community do care, the majority of them.

No one debates that. Stop detracting from the issue for no reason.

The fact that you can't see the difference between some little conferences and full scale media coverage of riots and community groups blocking up airports and cities in an effort to stop black on black crime is an amazing display of your lack of intelligence

Oh yeah I forgot. The black community is bad and does not care. I took care of that already.

And the ones that weren't black on black were black on white.

2016 will be the year that New Orleans tops 200 murders.

I lready commented on the media. And if you think blocking the street or shutting down an airport is going to solve crime, you are a moron just like the SJWs. And funny that you mention only conferences and leave out community rallies, community forums, etcetera. I am not saying those will solve anything. But the mantra that the black community does not care is a myth and not based in fact. That is my point.

By the way, what does the rest of the white community do to address black on black crime that they complain about? I'll await your answer.

No, its actually getting better and we can thank gentrification for that.

I'd say 120 to 140 for 2016. Certainly not ideal but better.

We"ll see. The thugs and killers will always be around despite gentrification. They'll never leave.

This was uptown in a gentrifying area. Lot of professionals live in this vicinity. Not the East, 7th, or 9th ward.
