See, that's where you are going stupid on me. Dylann Roof was not a card carrying member. I haven't heard of any connection to a hate group that was telling him to do this hideous act = violence. The Aurora shooter, James Holmes (he shot white people too Strongsafety) was not a member of any organization that has declared war on the U.S.A. .... other than being a democrat. BUT on the other hand all terrorists are eventually connected to a middle eastern terror group. This one is no different. He may not have a "card" but he sure as hell is one of them.

What is the news coverage like there, in BR? It's the entire news here from begining to end. When I told my parents about it at 5est on thursday they hadn't even heard about it.
Maybe they were just busy that afternoon. My brother called today to say he saw it on the news, but then we got to talking about housing electrical codes. Just curious how much coverage it is getting on local stations elsewhere

Near B.R. You would like my neighborhood. The neighbor across from me just got out of Army. 2 houses down is a competition shooter. 2 more down is a ex scout married to a Army Reserve diesel repair person. I had a neighbor that was a Marine sniper, a fellow shooter of White Feather. He moved away but we stay in touch.

Man, my GF and I were just talking about how much rarer it is these days for the injured to die days after a tragedy/disaster due to advances in care.

He was shot all to pieces. Several hits in the chest and abdomen. Doctors were really surprised he made it through the first night.
Erlanger Medical Center is a level one trauma center. They can usually keep all but the most hopeless of cases alive.
