Let’s put it this way. Any Krewe that’s easy to join that just about anyone can get into, like Endymion, usually isn’t a Krewe you want to be a part of

They’re actually quite easy. You just can’t get them during the established times of Mardi Gras because they’re held for those established krewes.

I don’t understand why she used the Krewe social media account to make that post. Keep that for your personal account.
But this is a good lesson for outsiders on how much power El Capitan has in a Krewe. It truly takes El Revolucion to make a change.

They don’t want to be grouped up with “all lives”.
In their eyes when someone says “All lives matter” they see that as a racist comment.

It appears the “cancer” analogy is the accepted narrative. You’re the second one to bring it up.
Here’s the problem though. Keeping with the “cancer” line of logic, If one type of cancer is important to you, then that fine. Doesn’t mean it’s the most important cancer to everyone. Nor does your concern over your cancer override someone else’s concern over their cancer. Just as I don’t have the right to tell you your type of cancer doesn’t matter, likewise you can’t tell me my type of cancer doesn’t matter.
