Submitted a busted garbage can with pictures 8 times on the app. No response. Had to call and actually speak to a person. Supposed to replace it this week.

Used it to get a replacement garbage can - hat was quick.

I had limbs cut under 3 feet piled by the curb for two months. They would not pick up. I got pissed and cut everything to twelve inches and they finally got the message. Trash guys are pansies and can't pick up anything longer than that.
