About 4 years ago a tandem spot sold in Boston for $500k. If I recall the woman that bought it said she needed the spots for whenever guests came over.

Friend of mine has two spots in her building, valet, upper east side. She doesnt have a car, so she leases the spaces for $2k a month. probably could get more

More importantly, how do you secure it? If I paid $300k for a parking spot, I'd blow a gasket if someone else was parked in it.
