There is no right answer to this question.
I will say that when I was 30 I dated a 19yr old and it was glorious while it lasted.

Very valid concern.
You're also going to be 45 and trying to stay on top of a toddler full time, with no older siblings to help.
I personally wouldn't go more than 7-8 years in either direction. Too much of an age difference and you'll always be at very different points in your life.

No big deal really. Be better if she was 21 to avoid you possibly getting in trouble if yall were having a few drinks and she got ID'd. But depends on maturity of the girl. I dated a 23 year old for a few months when I was 31. Broke it off because she was still all about the party life, staying out until 3am then not being able to get to work on time the next morning and she ended up getting fired for being late too many times.
