I stopped reading right here. This is higher than the national percentage of blacks in the USA which I think is 13%. Sounds like if she has a problem the percentage of blacks in these non profits which is a again higher than the national average. Then she has to be a racists who is trying elevate blacks above everyone else.




She said people of color not blacks. PoC make up 50% of the population.

You were correct on % of blacks.
