CONTINENTAL CHINA Men may have three girlfriends in the city of Dongguan (Canton province), given that the female population is very high, and males are scarce.
The women state that they prefer to share, as opposed to being without a partner. As if this weren't enough, the majority of the women work, and prefer to support their husband (as the sole bread winner), explaining that they don't need money, just a man.
