3 construction projects in Monroe/Swartz question.....

There are 3 construction projects in the Monroe area. One is on hwy 80 just east of where Tillman's tire was. It is a fairly large project. Think I heard it had something to do with marijuana. The second project is just south of Ouachita High School. Large project. Dont have any clue what that is. The third is just east of the Amazon warehouse on the north side service road. Anyone know what these projects are?

The one on 80 is a bigass Good Day farms growing deal. The one in Swartz is Faith Technologies, whatever they do..

The $80 million project is located at 535 Highway 594, with the company serving as general contractor.
Faith Technologies, which provides engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy solutions, said the Monroe facility will support its Excellerate brand. The division focuses on modular electrical assemblies and energy systems designed to improve safety, productivity and sustainability.
