Columbia. In the other pictures, it looks like it has a clear glass? enclosure around parts of it, but I guess not everywhere?

Yea I’m interested to know what actually happened here…

It looks like she takes a sharp left turn randomly and busts through the glass?

appears she did go off at the curve, but i'm still entirely unclear on why this happened to her and not every other rider. link has some additional pictures but still isnt really clear

It looks like she was catching some air right at start of each section that declines and the one right at or just before the curve made her tube angle up on the mini-wall instead of bouncing off it if tube is flat on surface (or even curving along it while still flat on surface). That wall isn’t very long and has another declining section right as it’s ending or right after it, so when it ends her tube was positioned to be partially off the track and along with force still pushing her out when track declining a little all worked to force her off the track.
