When getting azz-fricked by Ty'Juan, is it better to have it filmed (for police) or not filmed (for your own good)?
I have a question. The female was forced.
But the male... I've gotten pretty drunk in my time, I've never gotten so drunk I wouldn't have killed someone trying to frick me.

The two victims are female. There's a misprint in the article.
Kiran has the best article so far:
quote:
BATON ROUGE — A 26-year-old LSU student accused of buying alcohol for two other students and then raping them had his first appearance today after his arrest.
“He rape me, I can’t get out, drunk,” one of the victims messaged a friend about 2:11 a.m. Saturday from the man’s campus apartment, an arrest warrant said.
The victims, one woman and one man, went to Ty’juan Bovie’s apartment Friday night after the man asked Bovie to buy alcohol for them. They went back to Bovie’s apartment at East Campus apartments and started drinking, his arrest warrant said.
The woman, who reported the crime from a hospital around 5 a.m. Saturday, said that after drinking for a while, her friend started vomiting and passed out on the floor at Bovie’s apartment.
She went to her car to get paper towels to clean up, but found that she was so drunk she had trouble walking, the warrant said.
quote:
“Bovie had to assist her with walking by placing his arm around her and helping keep her upright,” the warrant said.
The woman said that when they got back inside, Bovie forced her onto the bed and allegedly raped her. She tried to get away several times, the warrant said, but could not.
Afterward, she tried to wake her friend so they could leave. She began to “rest her eyes” but saw Bovie assaulting her friend, the warrant said. She was able to record some video of the interaction, records show.
About 2:57 a.m. she sent her mother a message saying “HE assaulted us,” the warrant said.
They were able to get away and the woman went to the hospital and reported the crime to police, the warrant said.
quote:
The warrant said her video, which she provided to police, showed Bovie raping the “unconscious or largely unresponsive” man.
The man, who was also at the hospital, told police he did not remember parts of the evening including the alleged rape, but he did want to pursue criminal charges, the warrant said.
Bovie was arrested and told investigators that the woman had not verbally consented to sex, but “she gave him physical or nonverbal cues that he interpreted as consent,” the warrant said. He acknowledged that the man was incapacitated, the warrant said.
LSU said Monday that the school could suspend a rape suspect from classes while a case is handled in court and through LSU’s investigation and disciplinary processes.

Seriously, how did he get accepted into LSU? What are the current minimum GPA, ACT, SAT scores, or does it vary by demographic?
No minimum for admissions or for scholarships awarded, and until 2028 not even required for all applicants for admissions or for scholarships. Inflated HS GPAs were rewarded with holistic approach to admissions and rewarding of scholarships. New guys got submitting ACT/SATs back as a requirement for all starting for fall 2028 class but still didn’t implement a minimum.
Tate kept reducing the white % of incoming freshmen classes to the point of dropping below 50% of the previous 2 incoming new freshmen classes and also reducing their total numbers even while increasing the freshmen class totals.
The new guys did a better job with what was basically Tate’s last class (along with his interim) - the fall 2026 new freshmen class - than I expected. Even though likely a lot of offers already made before they were in place their decision to restrict growth of the class even with record number of applicants reversed the anti-white trend. They still haven’t released last Spring’s undergraduate demographics or this fall’s total campus demographics without including online, graduate, professional, & maybe even duel-credit, but again the fall’s freshmen class reversed some of Tate’s trends with freshmen classes. The lower ACT average is going to be tainted by score submissions being voluntary. The % had dropped to around 47% for fall 2024 class (last reported) while Tate’s other trends were happening.
