And don't break a single traffic law? I don't care.

What if I'm just minding my own business on a city street, high on drugs? Is that ok as long as I don't harm anyone? Maybe so.

But how do you stop me the minute I decide to get in a car and drive? Or do something else that can jeopardize the lives of others?

Like I said we should try to ban all drugs, including alcohol. It worked before, right?

Back in reality, prohibition doesn't work, and we live in a mostly free society. Mostly because you can still get pulled over for driving drunk/high.

We could also ban driving? That would cut down on the number of car accidents and drunk/drug driving deaths/year. Security has its price.

Ok, 21,00 people were arrested for having fake drugs that were perfectly legal
You have no proof either way.

My common sense tells me that all you know about this case you learned in 2 minutes from reading a college football forum for mildly retarded rednecks. You have no clue how many convictions were fraudulent.

how much money did this end up costing the taxpayers, I wonder.

low guess 100K x 21,000 = $210 million USD

if they each get a million its billions.
