2024 Mustang - the last ICE version. Challenger and Chargers canceled

2024 will introduce the last ICE muscle cars, with the S650 Mustang and the Chevy Camaros announced as the last to be built, with Dodge already announcing the end of the line for the Challenger and Charger.
Will the venerable Corvette soon face the same fate?
Sad to see the end of an era, of uniqueness in how you could customize and tweak an ICE engine and the drivetrain to achieve peak performance.
I won't likely be around when the ICE engine completely disappears, but man, those left behind are going to drive cars with no growl, no rumble, no closing your eyes and knowing that something doesn't feel right, or it feels perfect just from the vibrations you feel in your fingertips, or the sounds from the exhaust.
Maybe it portends a better day, where gas pollutants are no longer an issue, but to me, this news represents a loss in our growing up, leaning over the engine under the hood with your friends sharing a beer or the bond shared with your dad as he's showing you how to service your car.
Future generations won't have that. I just have one question: "Where will all this electricity to run them come from?"
Actually, I have lots of questions, such as, "how is a family of four drivers supposed to charge four cars overnight at the same time?"
The car manufacturers are pummeling head first into an electric car future because of Democratic initiatives to force them to do so. But they are doing it by pretending there'll be abundant electricity for everyone.
"From where?"

Damn I feel sorry for kids who’ll grow up without hearing the beautiful sound of a V8.

If I were Chevy I would buck the trend and keep making ICE Corvettes and Camaros.

How much Lithium is there in the world anyway? And what kind of resale will these electric cars have?

Guys at car shows talking about their batteries just seems weird.

I do truly love that the government knows what's best for me and is forcing me to buy an EV.

Has anyone looked into the damage that electric cars do to the environment?
Would be interesting to see.

Did not know you could get an engine that runs on ICE. Interesting

They'll be debating the merits of the MSD vs Accel flux capacitors.

Along with Them with be the napas, auto zones ect.... Tech auto parts stores ran by NERDS with names like Tech Boys & Geek Garage will pop up all over. When a someone with a Tesla clips a mailbox or a rock busts a light cover or other similar issues, they just cat run down to the auto part store and pick up a replacement. They get added to the back of a long expensive waiting list before the part is ordered and repaired by a licensed Tesla company. Yeah no thanks

Seems like a great opportunity for a billionaire to start a car company. The Ineos guy wanted a new old school Land Rover discovery, no one made them so he made the Grenadier. Leave it up to the market!

i guess car companies only making EC’s is the new layer of virtue signaling
