the one last week didnt look too bad if you were able to finish the whole thing

I'm definitely better at ring MUs than bar. Don't know why, it just is what it is.

16.3: 72. Not very happy with my score tonight. Plan on redoing tomorrow. I had to do singles for the MUs which is killing my time, but I have a hard time stringing them together.

Yeah, it's hard to top 80 of you're doing singles. 72 is still a damn good score. Did you gas out on the snatches?

No I was pretty consistent with the power snatches. First set unbroken, then sets of five until the last set, which I did the seven unbroken until the clock ran out on me.

I had 5 MU attempts that I failed on, otherwise I may have had a chance to do better. I have no shot at 99 though, well done.

This workout was in my wheelhouse. I couldn't have asked for a better couplet. I am sure I'll get a stinker on a thruster combo shortly.

I can do literally everything except muscle ups. It's the most infuriating shite ever. I'm easily strong enough to do them yet I can never get th technique.

75......I'll probably hit it again Monday. I paced pretty slow to not gas on the MU's. I did all the MU's unbroken though.

I should get into the 80's

Bar muscle-ups are all about the kip. Ring muscle-ups are all about the technique.

That's what I've found atleast.

I don't do Crossfit regularly, but I like to test myself when I see Open workouts I like (which means workouts I think I'll do well at haha).

16.3 is about the perfect mix of enjoyable while difficult. You can fvcking rock and roll the hell out of that workout if you do both lifts regularly. I'm currently on a three month snatch program, and I love muscle-ups so this was perfect for me.

Busted out 108, and I definitely I could do more on a second run and if I was in an intense competitive atmosphere.
