This is why getting in fights is never a good idea. shite like this can happen. Just like the high school senior from Brother Martin (I think?) who punched the dude on Bourbon Street. Bad enough.. until the dude falls and hits his head on the curb and dies. Then you're on the hook for murder.

If you actually think her intent was to kill the guy, then I'd ask you the same question. Any competent attorney is going to argue that the man's pre-existing medical condition played a part in his death. Not a chance she's getting convicted of second degree murder.
