Gulfport probably sold them fuel and then a few days later, told them to Get out of town !!!
But they hope that at some point in time, the cruise lines will want to make Gulfport a port ! :(

I say provide them fuel and food if need be from a distance to get them to another port. Otherwise, they can take their asses to the country they’ve filed/registered with.
