2 year inspection sticker in EBR?

Trying to get an inspection sticker today. Went to a place and the guy asked if my car is a diesel (it is) and he said I qualified for a 2 year sticker (he didn't have any stickers though) in EBR. Anybody know for sure?
I had 2 year tag before on a gas car, but got that in Terrebonne.

EBR and 5 surrounding parishes are every year due to our air quality rating.
I think diesels can get the 2 year.

Yes had a two year sticker on my Duramax. Got it at Benny's on Perkins.

What color are the inspection stickers expiring in 2018? I got one this week that expires in 12/17 but it's a really ugly green.

EBR will give 2yr stickers for diesels.

So glad AZ doesn't do this. You just have to get emissions testing done....but only if your car is over 5 years old and then it's every other year.
