It is listed as a multi-family unit. Built in 1940. Zillow has no record of the last time it was sold so whoever owns it has had it awhile.

Murray Pace was my ex-wife's roommate and sorority sister at Millsaps AND friends with the Tupelo guy giving me the information today. The day she was murdered 5/31/02 they were all preparing to meet up in North La for a friend's wedding(thus about to head out of BR when DTL showed up)

Yea whoever he was staying with was recent and not on his list of addresses on FamilyTree. I wish we could reverse xref addresses on that site.

Pretty sure he owned Southland Construction.
The slug couldn’t cut it on an oil rig. I just heard from a friend of his that he was fired for some sort of huge oil leak he caused. Worked as a sub contractor. Not skilled but just picked up jobs with contractors and tried to help whoever he could work under.
