Somebody probably thought she was snitchin'. This will just make crimes that much harder to solve in New Orleans. I read somewhere not long ago about the ridiculous rate of murders going unsolved in N.O. and they were talking about how they can hardly ever get any witnesses to come forward due to the street code of no snitching. It seems to be that much more ingrained into the culcha of New Orleans in particular.

I'm sorry, but if this was only a few bad seeds in the neighborhood, then this could all be cleaned up with one night of purging. I'll even help kill the mother frickers. But the truth is, there are only a few GOOD seeds in the neighborhood. The black culture in many areas is so fricked up, that there is no short term solution. I'm afraid it will take a couple of generations for that culture to die out, literally.
