True but their refusal to acknowledge that fact along with your refusal to acknowledge that their is a sentencing disparity is why racial problems still exist.
I'm not denying the sentencing disparity, I'm pointing out that it wouldn't matter if they weren't committing crimes and being terrible fathers in the first place.

Crack is always a more serious charge than cocaine, and most people who use crack are poorer than those who use cocaine.

Oversimplification of the problem that makes for a good soundbite but nothing else.
You would be a good politician.
ETA You basically are saying "we could solve the crime problem if criminals would just stop committing crimes"

Crack is not a more serious charge, it carries a more serious penalty, because legislators made sure of this by enacting a 100/1 sentencing disparity.
Police and Prosecutors boast about jail time dished out, etc. Who is going to get targeted, the guy who goes away for seven years minimum, or the guy with money for a lawyer who would only serve a paltry sentence if he pleads guilty?
And no, it has not always been this way. This started in the late eighties.

And you are attempting to make the problem more complicated than it is.

No, I'm saying there would be fewer black people in prison if they as a community committed fewer crimes. It is an obvious and simple solution that will never be recognized because it is easier to blame someone else for your failures.

White privilege
please get over it.
tell me this can a black person be racist???? serious question, because I just told by a black woman that black people can not be racist.
stupid

Not really....I don't hear people say I'm committing this crime because the white people put me in this predicament of poverty or culture...

well this is pretty much #7 in a nutshell.
well that one black lady said it, so it must be true for everyone.

Just so you understand how this was structured, as I don't want there to be confusion, let me draw a scenario in words.
A man caught with five grams of crack cocaine was equal to a man caught with five hundred grams of powder cocaine.
LOL. Crack is made out of cocaine.
Five years MINIMUM.

Now you are basically using the "I know you are but what am I" defense

Sure blacks can be racist. I'm sure many are.
I'll worry about that when the vast majority of leadership is black, blacks hold the vast majority of wealth, and blacks target whites with bullshite laws designed to create a booming prison economy.

I will just say that it's very difficult for most white people to relate to the life of an underprivileged black person. It's easy and convenient to assume that you'd make all of the same decisions that you've made in your life had you been born into generational poverty, or into a community teeming with crime and lacking in opportunity, or where you had no good examples or role models, or where merely surviving was your main priority. But the reality is that you could never relate to that, no matter how hard you try. That's not to excuse their behavior at all, but there are dozens of underlying sociological reasons as to why they commit crimes, and it's foolish to assert otherwise. And it's easy for us white people to assume that criminals from impoverished areas have all of the same advantages and knowledge that we do, but that's not the reality of it.
What if you were 5 years old and saw a relative get gunned down in your own driveway? The PTSD that you'd experience from that could be enough to ruin your life, nevermind that many of the children who witness such events have no support or help whatsoever to deal with such traumatic events. I can't even begin to imagine what it's got to be like to be raised in that type of environment, so I won't pretend to.

many minorities who jump on the communist bandwagon fail to recognize that whites are the ones that left Europe leaving everything they got to build a nation that was nothing but pure soil. White privilege doesn't exist, what exists is a Genocide on the European Race

Did the man caught with five grams of crack commit a crime or not? There is an easy fix to his predicament.

People from all walks of life seemingly have monstrous difficulty understanding that circumstances dictate decisions. They cannot relate to circumstances that they have not faced.
